Corporate Electric Company was formed by Rocky Lane and Marcus Sabo to meet the overwhelming demand for an area electrical contractor who can provide a high quality project at an economical cost to the owner. For years, GC's, CM's and owners alike have overpaid for skilled labor and untimely service. At Corporate Electric you, the owner, will not be forced to pay a premium for the "minimum", and our interpretation of the "minimum" is a successfully completed project ahead of time and under budget. General Contractors, clients, and Construction Managers find Corporate Electric extremely helpful in the advancement of projects due to our timely scheduling and consistent efforts to continually look ahead throughout the project. Your client will appreciate that any additional work orders for any given project will be generated per the request of said client, not by this subcontractor in an undeserving attempt to make up for self-inflicted errors. After the first interaction, all customers will view Corporate Electric as not just a "sub", but as a partner.
The true "litmus test" of any subcontractor is repeat business, and you will find that we do not work for a customer just once. It is understood at Corporate Electric that one successful project could spawn two new opportunities and one failed project could eliminate two future opportunities. All design-build customers appreciate the fact that our team's initial budgets and schedules are always met and minor changes are performed at no additional cost to the client. All customers will find that we equate our success with their satisfaction.
In addition, and equally as important, there has been a need for an area electrical contractor that can attract and retain the finest skilled electricians. This can be done by simply understanding and meeting the needs of the employee and by providing a safe, quality workplace with opportunities for growth. The lifeline of any company, in any sector is not only repeat business, but quality, tenured employees to ensure repeat business. To help keep overhead costs down, many other area electrical contractors utilize temporary electrical labor services for their workforces, we however will not. Corporate Electric has learned firsthand the negatives associated with temporary electrical labor (unskilled, non-motivated, lack of safety training and/or drug testing, etc.) and will no longer utilize temp labor services because of these negative experiences. All Corporate employees submit to drug testing, are OSHA trained and FBI background checked.
At Corporate Electric, employees will experience a low turnover, family-like atmosphere where employees are helpful and supportive of one another. This atmosphere creates an environment where employees like coming to work and building a great product.
We as a company make it a point to spend time with our employees outside of work and develop a strong rapport whether it be taking them to an Indians game, whitewater rafting, barbecues, etc. These activities have helped our company become the tight-knit family that it is. As with all families there are differing personalities and common threads. The common thread in this family is the motivation to always perform at a high level for the customer. Among other things, you will find that the employees at Corporate Electric are always professional, hard-working, and honest. They have always been and always will be the key to our success. We are confident that we have the finest employee base in the electrical construction industry and are proud to work and grow alongside them.
